We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer screening modules, work closely with various teams to coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure client satisfaction and product adoption. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction of your team and contribute to the technical strategy for the screening modules.
- Guide and coach an exceptional team of engineers, mentoring them both technically and non-technically.
- Assist team members in shaping their careers while fostering a self-organized, agile, and autonomous team environment.
- Establish and enhance engineering practices to improve engagement, delivery speed, and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers to lead team projects and manage stakeholders, dependencies, roadmaps, and costs.
- Identify necessary changes and execute them effectively to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of the overall architecture, particularly for systems managed by your team.
- Scale various organizational processes, including engineering hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience, including no less than 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring teams with a track record of hiring top international talent.
- Strong understanding of product and business KPIs and the ability to convert them into objectives through the OKR framework.
- Proficient in building complex applications with knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and microservice architecture.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
