Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will lead the design and implementation of data solutions that provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making. This role is integral to shaping the project's data architecture and connecting information across various departments and systems. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve project outcomes through robust data solutions that meet best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain dashboards, visuals, apps, and reports.
• Build a data-centric culture and improve data accessibility while ensuring security.
• Collaborate to convert data into actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary contact for data management and business intelligence.
• Guide on data architecture, analytics, and technology trends.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or data management.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform Products.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant Professional Memberships/Accreditation is a plus.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
