About the Job
Reporting to the Network & Strategy Manager, the Data & Schedule Specialist is responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on the implementation of the strategy data and operations results under the management of NEOM Water Mobility. This role focuses on data management, analysis, tracking project schedules, controlling budget expenditures, drafting data-driven reports, and maintaining a comprehensive KPI system for the water transport network. The position plays a key role in developing data to ensure alignment between operational performance and overall business objectives, supporting efficient budget management, and contributing to the effective execution of procurement and long-term planning strategies for the service.

Key Accountability:

  • Develop and maintain an updated Water Mobility Strategy and Network database that aligns with any changes in WM strategy.
  • Create route operation scheduling according to the Water Mobility demand analysis and operation plan for the WM network.
  • Monitor the effective implementation of the Water Mobility strategy across all areas: route activation, fleet acquisition, infrastructure development, operations and maintenance, achievement of key milestones, among others.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the operations managed by Water Mobility.
  • Track actual disbursements and compare them against the planned budget.
  • Monitor the progress schedules of port infrastructure development in alignment with the strategy’s deployment.
  • Oversee ongoing procurement processes.
  • Monitor the progress and developments of various Proponents and Regions that may require maritime transport services managed by Water Mobility.
  • Develop a global KPI system for Water Mobility operations that includes fleet, infrastructure, and operational aspects.
