Role Overview
As a Digital Integration Solution Lead, you will serve as the technical link for integrating applications within the OXAGON ecosystem. Your expertise in integration technologies and architectural strategies will be crucial as you lead the planning, execution, and management of system integrations to meet business requirements and adhere to architectural standards. You will collaborate with various teams to build, enhance, and maintain robust integrations that connect data, applications, and third-party services, thereby supporting business processes and customer needs. Your efforts will also include optimizing existing integrations to increase performance and drive technological innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and oversee application integrations within NEOM’s existing portfolio.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business analysts to design and execute integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration architectures aligned with current and future requirements.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, guidelines, and processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends to recommend necessary integrations and updates.
- Coordinate integration strategies with product owners to support business goals.
- Identify and address integration service gaps to minimize operational impact.
- Engage with technologies such as API management, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), AI/ML integrations, and data integration.
- Commit to continuous learning in various software architecture domains.

Experience & Qualifications
- Core Experience: 5-7 years in IT solution development, focusing on technical architecture, network management, application, or cloud development. Minimum of five years in API management and integration architecture.
- Technological Versatility: Experience with various technologies, platforms, and processing environments.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong grasp of strategic technology trends and their application to business models.
- Agile and Product Management: Understanding of product management and agile methodologies; ability to advise agile teams on technical considerations.
- Communication Skills: Proven capability to present to senior executives and technical teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of integration modeling and experience with integration platforms (e.g., Kafka, MuleSoft, WebMethods).
- Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with various software development life cycle methodologies, including agile and DevOps.
- Leadership: Experience in directing teams and managing workloads effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in enterprise application integration technologies and architecture principles.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, with Agile as essential.
