Gaming Incubation and Acceleration Manager

The Gaming Incubation and Acceleration Manager at NEOM will be responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for Incubation and Acceleration programs within the gaming sector. This role entails defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the effectiveness of these programs and continuously adapting them based on market trends and industry best practices. The manager will present findings to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with NEOM's vision, and will design and recruit team members as needed to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include searching for high-potential gaming startups, establishing selection criteria, overseeing a rigorous due diligence process, and designing customized incubation and acceleration programs. The manager will secure partnerships with industry experts and financial backers to support startups and develop strategies for sustaining their success post-acceleration. Maintaining a strong alumni network for collaboration and knowledge sharing is also essential.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Candidates should have proven experience in identifying and scaling gaming startups, a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, and demonstrated success in operating incubation and acceleration programs. Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in creating business cases, and familiarity with finance and P&L in operational divisions are also required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in founding and leading gaming start-ups, launching incubation and acceleration programs, and familiarity with the Middle East gaming landscape.

A degree, preferably an MSc, is required for this role.
