Position

Responsibilities:
- Provide system and business level support, including troubleshooting and managing applications and solutions within Nespresso infrastructure and application portfolio.
- Ensure the smooth running of Nespresso proprietary applications and solutions within the geographical scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
- Previous experience as IT Helpdesk or IT Project Coordinator.
- Previous experience in Troubleshooting.
- Certifications in CompTIA A+ and Network+.
