Position

The Center for Cyber Security (CCS) at New York University (NYU) Abu Dhabi is seeking a Research Associate / Postdoctoral Associate to engage in research focused on Quantum Computing Security. This role involves conducting groundbreaking research in various aspects of quantum computing, including Quantum Machine Learning (QML), security for quantum circuits, and optimization strategies for quantum algorithms. The position comes with the opportunity to work in a dynamic research environment, potentially with access to a Quantum Computer through collaborative projects, and offers a unique platform for interdisciplinary work in fields spanning Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, with a background in Quantum Physics being advantageous. Candidates with expertise in Quantum Circuits or Quantum Algorithms and experience in developing software for Quantum Machines are especially encouraged to apply.

This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi offers a two-year appointment with the possibility of extensions. English proficiency is required.
