The Head of Core Domain – Solution Architect role at Nokia is pivotal for driving solution and architecture within the CORE domain for the CNS S&C DS&C Core Domain Delivery Unit (DDU) across all markets. This leader will ensure the first-time right delivery of customer projects within the domain portfolio and serve as a change agent to implement best practices in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the domain solution authority and technical lead.
- Collaborate with Market Services to provide optimal solutions that meet customer needs.
- Review and propose solutions tailored to specific customer requirements, taking into account Nokia's products and services, as well as third-party technologies.

- Drive improvements in service deliverables and documentation, sharing knowledge and tools with the delivery team.
- Conduct regular gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Manage escalations related to resource capabilities and quality.
