Position

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. Your responsibilities will include performing investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also leverage your solution expertise to further Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are tasked with creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the project lifecycle. Your goal will be incident resolution, application maintenance, and delivering tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Foreign System Interface (FSI) and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) solutions.
  • Stay current on evolving features, functionalities, and best practices related to FSI and PBM solutions.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Work Conditions

  • Career Level: IC3
  • Travel need will be based on business requirements (10% - 20%).
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience working with Foreign System Interface (FSI) and integrated solution modules.
  • Sound knowledge of HL7, Open Port, Open Engine & OPENLink.
  • Software implementation work experience of at least 3+ years.
  • Health care information technology work experience of at least 3+ years.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium and in Support or Application Managed Services organization is a plus.
