About the Job
The role of Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle involves partnering with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that effectively address customer business problems. This position focuses on driving customer consumption of Oracle Cloud services by accelerating their adoption through discovery, design, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers to build leadership relationships at various levels within their organizations to design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Deliver highly customized product/application presentations to customers, conferences, and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for both customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and ensure customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentorship to others within the team and maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
