Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. The role drives customer adoption of Oracle Cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships to design and implement solutions.
• Gather requirements from customers, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to customers, and participate in conferences and events.
• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
• Create technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
• Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
• Provide direction and mentoring to others as needed.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and maintain expertise.

Work Conditions:

• The position is non-routine and complex, requiring advanced technical and business skills.
• Interaction with C-level executives is expected.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
