Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Your primary focus will be to drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, including discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple levels to design and implement solutions.
• Gather requirements from customers, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
• Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Provide highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers at conferences and events.
• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and education/training.
• Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
• Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
• Work in a non-routine and complex environment, applying advanced technical and business skills.
• Maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.

If applicable, you may also need to demonstrate proficiency in specific languages as required for customer engagements.
