As a global leader, weโ€™re looking for a Business Analyst to drive success as part of our International Consulting team. The Business Analyst role is integral to successfully delivering day-to-day operational tasks and enabling the Engagement Planner role to be truly client-focused, supporting client-facing, revenue-generating work for each project.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the financial health and maintenance of client projects, resolving invoicing issues and assisting with financial reporting, credit hold processes, backlog management, and project setup.
  • Liaise with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
  • Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
  • Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor processes and approvals for full compliance.
  • Drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and clients
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format
  • Follow-through skills to gather information from internal and external parties and correct data errors
