Responsibilities
The Cloud Adoption Manager will:
- Collaborate closely with relevant TCE teams to agree on specific activities and deliverables for the accounts they manage.
- Drive fast and smooth customer activation, focusing on new cloud customers and minimizing time to first value.
- Equip customers with relevant knowledge for early usage.
- Monitor and review Adoption Plans with the customer to ensure progress aligns with their expectations.
- Provide pro-active customer assistance by assessing risks, building mitigation plans, and detecting potential new workloads or implementation opportunities.
- Motivate customer engagement by sharing information and connecting them with relevant Oracle activities.
- Remove barriers by ensuring prompt resolution of SRs and escalations.
- Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
Requirements
To fulfill the role of a Cloud Adoption Manager, we are looking for individuals with:
- Proven experience in Tech Cloud engineering roles and successful customer engagements.
- Passion for technology with extensive knowledge and experience (or certification) in Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong experience in the sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications.
- High energy and strong communication skills, with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Project management and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating proactivity and lateral thinking.
- Understanding of the customer's existing IT landscape and the ability to partner effectively across all departments.
- Excellent multitasking, networking, and collaboration skills, with a high work ethic.
