Cloud Solution Engineer 5

The Dedicated Cloud (DRCC, Alloy) Specialist acts as a bridge between customer needs and Oracle's Cloud solutions, ensuring the feasibility, consistency, and effectiveness of OCI Dedicated Cloud offerings. This position involves complex, large-scale solutions that encompass Dedicated Region, Oracle Alloy, and potentially Oracle Isolated Region (OCIR) solutions. The Specialist will provide dedicated technical support while collaborating with sales organizations and Cloud specialists, translating designed architecture into customized Build of Materials (BOM) to meet Datacenter customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across DRCC/Alloy/OCIR solutions to support Cloud projects and opportunities in the EMEA region.
• Engage with customers to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the field and customer, providing deep expertise on DRCC and Alloy to ensure successful adoption.
• Work collaboratively within Oracle to maximize support for customers and critical projects.
• Articulate product strategy to create, support, or expand sales opportunities.
• Continually enhance knowledge on new product offerings and competitive technologies.

Work Conditions

• This role is a senior position reporting into the EMEA Senior Director Dedicated Cloud Specialist.
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work well as part of an international team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years in a technical or business development role in Cloud within the enterprise space.
• Strong technical knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure landscape.
• Experience influencing executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to listen and understand customer business challenges, mapping them to Oracle solutions.
• Proven experience in architecture design, product strategy, or product management roles.
