About the Job
The Oracle Cloud Solution Engineer is responsible for collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that tackle customer business challenges. This role drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by facilitating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, encompassing discovery, design, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Provide tailored presentations and demonstrations to customers at conferences and events, showcasing a deep understanding of the product or application.
- Support customers throughout the Proof of Concept (POC) phase to production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, and training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on Oracle cloud solutions, ensuring customer success.
- Continually enhance business and technical acumen.
