About the Job:

The Cloud Adoption Sr. Manager will lead a team of Cloud Adoption representatives covering Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Regional Cloud Adoption Leader, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong managerial skills, including:

  • Developing long-lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Coaching and developing team members to excel in their roles and achieve collective goals.
  • Shaping the team by participating in recruiting and programs aimed at engaging and developing staff.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create thought leadership and improve service delivery.

The Cloud Adoption team will work closely with relevant teams to agree on activities and deliverables. The ultimate goal is to maximize usage and growth of Oracle Cloud while ensuring a robust customer experience throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle.

Typical Activities Include:

  • Conducting customer activation sessions to facilitate a quick onboarding process.
  • Providing best practice guidance and equipping customers with knowledge for early usage.
  • Continuous monitoring and reviewing of Customer Adoption Plans.
  • Assessing churn risk and formulating mitigation plans.
  • Activating Go Live Assurance to ensure customer success.
  • Sharing industry-specific best practices and resolving any structural issues affecting customer use of Oracle Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in TCE roles and a proven track record of successful customer engagements.
  • Strong teamwork and networking abilities with the capability to work across various regions and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of the Cloud market and trends with the ability to provide technology best practice advice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking across all management levels.
  • Leadership skills to influence, inspire, and develop professionals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • A passion for technology with a broad and deep understanding and commercial business insight.
