About the Job:

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is focused on ensuring Oracle’s customers’ ongoing success with our technology. CSS works closely with Oracle’s product development teams to help customers maximize the value of their investments in Oracle products.

We are looking for a new Director to lead our Saudi Arabia delivery team, which consists of multiple Technical Account Managers (TAM). This role is crucial as we seek to meet the growing demand for CSS services in Saudi Arabia, managing some of the largest and most complex customer engagements. The role will also require strong collaboration with pre-sales, sales, and our engineering subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a leader and support Individual Contributors (IC), driving performance, collaboration, and career development.
  • Take ownership of the CSS delivery in KSA, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead recruitment, retention, development, coaching, and management of technical delivery resources.
  • Serve as the escalation point for elevated customer issues.
  • Work closely with local business and technology leaders to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network to support team objectives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships at the C-Level and oversee the quality of customer deliverables.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Participate in regional and global collaboration programs to share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in managing teams specializing in professional/premium IT services.
  • Extensive background in a pre-sales and service delivery context, particularly within large organizations.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a team of experienced individuals and managers.
  • Experience managing significant P&L accounts with accountability for accuracy.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills, particularly at senior levels.
  • Experience within professional service organizations targeting cloud and on-premise technologies.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (read, write, speak).
