OCI Sales Representative

About the Job
As an OCI Sales Representative at Oracle, you will be responsible for selling a subset of products or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium-sized accounts. This role combines elements of both Field Sales Representative and Inside Sales Representative. You will work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, which may include a combination of geographic, product, industry, and other customer/market dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within assigned territory.
• Utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
• Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, collaborating with team members in business development, consulting, and support to uncover customer needs.
• Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop comprehensive solution proposals.
• Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a compelling value proposition.
• Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
• Maintain customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales potential.

Required Skills
