This role of Master Principal Solutions Architect within the Global Digital, Architecture & Technology team (GDAT) is ideal for someone who is passionate about engaging customers through presentations and sessions. This position focuses on driving go-to-market strategies and leading strategic customer engagements for a wide array of banking solutions. You will be instrumental in executing strategies that leverage Oracle’s leading Banking Solutions, including Oracle Banking Cloud, Oracle FLEXCUBE, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Manage partnerships with key stakeholders to develop strategic technology and architecture plans for the Oracle Banking business globally.
- Engage in sales pursuits, develop account strategies, run deal reviews, and support solution consulting technology architects.
- Create and sustain an innovative environment focused on Digital/Technology and Architectural Trends.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve the overall business.
- Lead collaborative efforts across Financial Services organization in sales pursuits.
- Articulate compelling architecture narratives for client engagements, delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide systematic feedback to product managers based on market trends and client requirements.
- Enable field/sales teams with the latest technology and architectural developments.
- Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams to understand product development principles and architectural standards.
Work Conditions:
- Must be willing to travel (>50% of work hours) when normalcy resumes.
- The position is open for multiple locations across Europe.
Requirements:
- 15 to 20 years of relevant IT solution support experience (e.g., pre-sales, solution architecture).
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical design concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in Microservices architecture and hands-on experience in creating client-facing narratives.
- Familiarity with Digital/Core Banking applications and proficiency in Oracle solutions preferred.
- Programming background in languages such as Java, Proficiency with Public Cloud experiences (such as OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps/CI/CD tools.
