The Oracle Applications team is responsible for successfully implementing Oracle Solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts.
- Capture and understand client’s business requirements and facilitate process design aligned to modern best practices.
- Liaise with business analysts, management, functional architects, technical architects, and other teams throughout the project implementation phase.
- Involve in pre-sales activities by mapping client requirements to product functionality and presenting the product fit, including necessary custom solutions.
- Lead teams of designers and developers through implementation life cycles, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of functional domains such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and more.
- Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on programming the product hierarchy.
- Conduct formal workshops with the client to gather requirements and document customer business processes.
- Participate in lead test planning, document test results, and assist with defect resolution.
- Identify consulting service opportunities and engage in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in ERP, specifically Oracle ERP and/or Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Solid hands-on experience in cutover and data migration, ensuring reconciliation between source data and migrated data.
- Knowledge of Oracle’s Implementation methodology and expertise in testing, defects analysis, and fixing.
- Ability to engage in pre-sales activities and write technical proposals.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and cloud methodologies.
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to manage customer expectations during implementation.
