An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs within a product/technology family. The consultant will operate independently to provide quality work products to engagements, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology in order to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Capturing, analyzing, and estimating customer business requirements
- Translating them into Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture
- Leading complex functional/process analysis and facilitating workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts
- Liaising with business analysts, project management, functional architects, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Developing and configuring detailed solutions for moderately complex projects

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
- Willingness to travel as needed
