Oracle Consulting Project Manager

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and technology designs within Oracle’s product/technology family. The Project Manager will operate independently to deliver quality work products, oversee implementation of Oracle products and technology, and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. The role involves managing full lifecycle Cloud implementations, leading an international team of architects and consultants, and participating in business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team in delivering Oracle Cloud or On-Prem technology solutions for various project sizes.
• Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
• Provide daily direction to the project team and regular project status updates to the customer.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, employing techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience.
• Previous experience managing full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On-Prem complex projects.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a diverse project team.
• Fluent in English and/or French, alongside Arabic as a native language.
• PM Methodology certification is required; Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Significant C-level presentation experience and knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is advantageous.
• Ability to travel to the Middle East as needed.
