As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for using generative AI and other techniques to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. You will work directly with customers and innovate in a fast-paced organization that contributes to game-changing projects and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define AI use cases by working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and explore potential AI-driven solutions.
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms using Oracle technology and applications.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training and validating AI models.
- Integrate AI models into existing systems for seamless deployment.
- Monitor and maintain AI models to ensure continued accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams and share knowledge to foster an AI-driven culture.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, focusing on building and deploying conversational AI solutions.
- Proven expertise in developing RAG models, working with vector databases, and fine-tuning large language models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and experience with NLU/NLG techniques, including sentiment analysis and text generation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to building scalable machine learning systems.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
