About the Job
We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will provide consultancy by working with customers to translate ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. This role involves maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA, and integrating with Oracle SaaS products. You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of projects including Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll, and Cloud ERP as a Technical Specialist.
  • Handle tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up to troubleshooting existing technical solutions.
  • Offer advisory and pre-sales expertise, and be responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, and testing.
  • Execute parallel payroll run strategy and execution.
  • Deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
  • At least 6 years in implementing Financial SaaS applications.
  • Experience with Finance modules as a Functional Consultant: Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management, Revenue Management.
  • Strong experience in Fusion Project Management, Costing, and Billing.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Ability to design and develop complete solutions, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge in roles and security and a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices.
