Position

We are looking for a Principal Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers to translate ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards, maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical team leader and coach team members in relevant skills.
  • Assess and analyze customers' business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet their objectives.
  • Assist customers in their overall Journey to Cloud.
  • Leverage Oracle cloud technologies using best practices.
  • Act as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to inform customer decisions regarding scope, cost-effectiveness, quality, and reusability.
  • Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions.
  • Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
  • Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations.
  • Maintain the Oracle Solution to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager to ensure technical management of workstreams.
  • Act as the main contact for new business opportunities and support the presales team.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong experience in implementing Fusion Applications with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
  • Hands-on experience as HCM Fusion functional in areas like HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management.
  • Familiarity with data loading/migration techniques and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Knowledge in roles and security, and experience in designing and developing customizations using Visual Builder and ADF.
