The Revenue Operations Solution Center is a globally organized pre-sales deal support group of experts whose mission is to provide ultimate expertise to focus on customer’s business requirements and help win Sales opportunities or accelerate Cloud consumption. Using the RevOps Solution Center, customers can architect, customize, and test their solutions with Oracle Cloud, Cloud@Customer, On-Premises systems, and Hybrid and Multi-Cloud scenarios in a secure, scalable, and interoperable environment for all deployment models.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead pre-sales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
- Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions.
- Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
- Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
- Lead all aspects of the technical sales process.
- Advise clients on overall architecture solutions.
- Design, build, and deliver customer demonstrations and technology workshops to articulate, update, and promote Oracle-based technical and product solutions.
- Participate in or lead customer-specific Proof of Concepts or performance tests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of Oracle deep technical hands-on experience in three or more areas such as AI Infrastructure, AI Deployment, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expertise in AI infrastructure design and experience deploying large models in production on public clouds and hybrid environments.
- Strong Linux skills and hands-on experience in system administration and networking protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Conditions
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days a week working from the office.
Education & Language
- Fluency in English is mandatory; a second EMEA language is an advantage depending on location.
