Position

The OCI Product Management team is a cross-functional group that drives product strategy through a deep understanding of Oracle’s largest internal and external customers. As a member of the team, the Director Product Manager will be responsible for partnering with services and development teams to embed key learnings from customer engagements into strategic product initiatives. This role will lead product messaging, strategy, and go-to-market activities for OCI in the MEA region, addressing customer needs and driving requirements into the global product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for Oracle's OCI Products, representing the company at industry conferences, events, and customer engagements.
  • Lead across multiple organizations within the Product Group, key engineering teams, and account teams.
  • Develop an effective product and commercial strategy monetizing both hardware sales and software revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, shaping the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Work with executive leadership to develop a robust go-to-market strategy.
  • Inspire teams in defining the strategy and program for cloud compute.
  • Build relationships with clients and drive executive engagements.
  • Create and deliver effective client presentations and proposals that address specific client needs.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Define new KPIs to inform decision-making and prioritization.
  • Provide regular updates to executive management to influence the portfolio.
  • Set goals and expectations for performance and work with employees to establish measurable goals and commitments.
