Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions at Oracle involve the strategic coordination and optimization of procurement, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and seamless operations across the supply chain network using innovative technology solutions and Artificial Intelligence in a Cloud Solution. You will need a comprehensive understanding of the key business levers in SCM to bridge between the desired business outcomes and the enabling technology. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact from EMEA to Product Development Headquarters for SCM, ensuring direct alignment with product management.
- Deliver presentations to individual customers, discussing product value and fostering strong client relationships.
- Engage with Oracle's most strategic customers and prospects, representing Oracle products and services in customer briefings and presentations.
- Communicate and enable the market with SCM Product strategy.
- Accelerate the sales cycle by positioning Oracle value for customers in cooperation with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Architecture teams.
- Actively establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, and market analysts.
- Support key customers in a post-sales connection alongside Customer Success Managers.
- Take a leadership position within the team and establish thought leadership in the growth of Oracle SCM in EMEA.
- Educate and enable the field, partners, and customers for success on SCM and Oracle Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 – 10+ years of experience in supply chain management roles.
- Strong understanding of SCM processes, practices, and technologies, and ability to define and implement best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel across EMEA at short notice (but for short periods).
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
- Ability to create SCM content for external and internal stakeholders.
