About
Oracle Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a critical role in managing full lifecycle Cloud Implementations using Oracle’s implementation methodologies. This role involves collaborating with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Development, and Support, focusing on Oracle’s Cloud products. You will manage an international team of architects and consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple cloud projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead a project team to deliver Oracle Cloud or On-Prem technology solutions for various project sizes.
- Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
- Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status updates to the customer.
- Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years of project or direct line management experience.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Solid experience in managing full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On-Prem complex projects.
- Fluent in English and/or French, in addition to Arabic as a mother tongue.
- Previous implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products.
- International and cross-cultural project management experience.
- PM Methodology certification is required; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- Exceptional experience consolidating and harmonizing business management systems.
- Prior consulting and/or project management experience is required.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well remotely with diverse project teams.
- Willingness to travel to the Middle East as projects require.
