About the Job
As a CSS SAAS Senior Account Manager for the Gulf region, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to ensure CSS's continued exponential growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a sales plan with complete territory and sector-specific coverage. You will partner with key members of the sales and marketing teams to create target lists, strategies, and core messaging to drive sales success.

Your duties will also include:

  • Developing appropriate sales programs and solutions while maintaining up-to-date competitive information.
  • Achieving the assigned quota of "Sales Ready" qualified leads.
  • Understanding the sales process and overcoming objections by learning about the prospects' business needs and showcasing the value of CSS services.
  • Articulating and delivering prepared sales talks that highlight CSS services and value.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly call volumes and sales pipeline targets.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of business unit products, technology, and sales techniques.
  • Leading account planning, customer market analysis, and strategy sessions.
  • Recording customer information and maintaining detailed qualification records for each lead worked.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in direct sales in the Enterprise IT field.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven organization selling technology-related products and services.
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Preferred knowledge of Oracle products or cloud solutions, but not essential.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Expert level skills in territory planning and initiating conversations with new customers.
