About the Job
As a Senior Cloud Customer Success Manager at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance customer success through Oracle Cloud solutions. Our Customer Success Organization is dedicated to driving business outcomes by focusing on customer, product, partners/implementors, and go-to-market/sales strategies. You will be at the forefront of a customer-centric transformation, helping clients redefine their customer experiences by creating a unified view across front, middle, and back offices.

In this key role, you will govern and mitigate risks while maximizing the chances of successful project management for critical customer projects implemented by Oracle partners. Your leadership will be essential in driving complex partner-led SaaS transformations to success.

Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in building and driving complex partner-led SaaS transformational implementations.
  • Assess and mitigate risk, ensuring partner implementations adhere to standards.
  • Manage project constraints and contracts effectively.
  • Serve as a mentor and key member of the steering committee for involved stakeholders.
  • Maintain a holistic overview of a portfolio of key projects within a specific client.
  • Proactively guide projects, addressing early warning signs promptly.
  • Focus on stakeholder expectations and manage both stakeholder and commercial implications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, driving alignment between Development, Support, Legal, Customer Success, Sales, and Applications management.
  • Work with Alliances and Channels to ensure partners focus on customer success, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Act as escalation point for conflict resolution between customers and partner SIs.
  • Drive implementations towards success through effective partner interaction.
  • Identify trends and suggest improvements for partner effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Cloud transformation and leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading successful cloud solutions projects across multiple functions.
  • Strong background in handling cloud delivery, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with a strong focus on execution and customer success.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and foster trust with executive stakeholders.
  • A master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
