The Customer Success Organization plays a key role in driving business outcomes across customer lifecycle, product adoption, partner enablement, and sales alignment.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in Oracle's transformation towards customer centricity. You will help redefine customer experience by unifying the front, middle, and back office for a comprehensive view of the customer. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record leading customer transformations in the F500 technology and/or SaaS landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex partner-led SaaS transformational implementations to success.
  • Assess and mitigate risks ensuring partner implementation meets standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers, Oracle, and partners involved in transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain oversight of key projects to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across Development, Support, Legal, Customer Success, Sales, and Applications management.
  • Work with alliances to ensure customer success throughout partner engagements.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer-related issues and inter-partner conflicts.
  • Identify trends and propose improvements for partners and the broader ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product line and/or cloud transformation.
  • Proven experience in leading successful cloud solution rollouts across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on execution and customer success.
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen with a passion for consultative engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments and deliver results under pressure.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar is a plus.
