What You'll Do
As a Senior CRM and Digital Solutions Architect, you will:
- Act as the lead architect for the CRM domain within Oracle Communications.
- Lead the CRM aspects of Oracle Communications Solution opportunities and understand the overall solution in the context of the Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience.
- Drive PreSales activity for assigned customers by architecting appropriate solutions and defining requirements.
- Partner with a larger global organization to deliver successful demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Orchestrate RFX solution responses and lead presentations to key stakeholders.
- When necessary, perform hands-on application configuration.
What You'll Bring
- Communications Industry CRM expertise (Siebel CRM, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker).
- Previous experience with Contact Center, B2B selling, order management, and billing care.
- Experience as a pre-sales consultant and solution architect with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Deep functional and technical experience in the Communications vertical, including AI and Analytics, especially outcome-based experience.
- Experience in digital channels and end-to-end (E2E) solution architecture.
- Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
