Position

About the Job
As a Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team at Oracle, you will work in a collaborative environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients. Your role involves prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific projects, both independently and within a fast-paced team context, while leveraging Cerner technologies.

You will utilize your troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. Your expertise will help drive Cerner's innovations and solution capabilities. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the project lifecycle. Ultimately, your goal is to resolve incidents, maintain applications, and deliver tangible value outcomes that enhance care delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HealthCare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of software implementation experience
  • At least 3 years of healthcare information technology experience
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with CareAware iBus solutions and Foreign System Interfaces
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium
  • Experience with Medical Device Interfaces and Bedside Medical Device Interfaces
  • Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization

Responsibilities

  • Willing to work 100% from the client site in Abu Dhabi
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues reported by clients
  • Implement changes requested by clients
  • Expand solution skillsets (cross-solution knowledge)
  • Proactively resolve issues and implement new features and functionalities
