About the Job
As a Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will collaborate in a team environment to provide both functional and technical expertise to our clients. Working with Cerner technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific projects both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Your role will involve troubleshooting and investigating issues with front-end applications by gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will leverage your solution expertise to harness Cerner’s innovative capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the lifecycle of a project or investigation. Your ultimate goal is incident resolution and application maintenance while providing measurable value outcomes to improve care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with CareAware iBus solutions and Foreign System Interfaces.
  • At least 5 years of software implementation experience.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare information technology work.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium.
  • Experience working with Medical Device Interface and Bedside Medical Device Interfaces.
  • Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to work 100% from the client site (Abu Dhabi).
  • Availability to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding your role in safeguarding corporate and client assets.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate client-reported issues and implement requested changes.
  • Expand your solution skillsets and proactively resolve issues while implementing new features and functionalities.
