Position

We are building a brand-new digital platform for a museum using a headless architecture powered by Sitecore XP and Next.js. We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect who can define, set up, and guide the technical direction for this greenfield implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical architecture of a headless CMS-powered website using Sitecore XP and JSS.
  • Define infrastructure, hosting, and deployment strategy (preferably Azure or hybrid).
  • Guide front-end and back-end integration patterns between Sitecore and Next.js.
  • Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, and content delivery in a headless model.
  • Support the engineering team by providing architectural guidance and code-level reviews.
  • Coordinate with business analysts and designers to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on enterprise CMS.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, including JSS and headless implementations.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying greenfield projects from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of Next.js, React-based frontends, and integrating APIs with CMS.
  • Experience with Azure cloud hosting and content delivery configurations.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
