We have an open application for an Algorithm Engineer.

A Day in the Life:

• Conduct KPI-based research on new and improved existing machine learning models.
• Build, improve, and maintain core components for serving ML-based services.
• Implement and integrate algorithmic features into high-scale production systems.
• Run A/B tests and monitor new features.
• Analyze large datasets to validate various hypotheses.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., the AutoML team) to further improve our ML Ops tooling.

What You’ll Bring:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software, Information Systems Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of proven industrial experience as a software engineer (Python/Go/Scala/Java/C++).
• Strong interest in Machine Learning; experience with Recommender Systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Hive, Cassandra is a significant advantage.
• Relevant experience in the machine learning industry is highly preferred.
