Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Web

P2P.org is the largest staking and restaking operator, with a Total Value Locked (TVL) of over $8B. We are focused on launching new yield products, such as in Polkadot and Ethereum, while exploring exciting projects and launching new networks. Our dedication lies in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem, with a team aimed at finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer or a Backend Developer with Frontend exposure (66%-33%) to create and support APIs, services, and web solutions for P2P blockchain products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js.
• Work with TypeScript/React or any reactive frontend library.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and services.
• Utilize Docker and DevOps best practices for building environment-independent projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js and back-end development principles.
• Strong knowledge of relational and document-oriented databases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in spoken English for team communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web3 development, including smart contract integration and dApps.
• Familiarity with Nest.js and developing event-driven applications.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to create user-centric interfaces.
