About the Job:

Penta Consulting supports technology resource solutions across EMEA and is currently seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer (Procure to Pay) for an enterprise customer specializing in AI & Automations. This role involves the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions specifically for the Procure to Pay (P2P) process in the government sector.

The ideal candidate will utilize advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning technologies to transform manual workflows into efficient, automated processes. Key responsibilities include creating intelligent solutions for unstructured document processing, such as handling invoices and tendering processes, while ensuring seamless multilingual support in English and Arabic, and integrating these solutions with SAP.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, focusing on automating enterprise processes.
• Proficiency in training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks).
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques for multilingual document processing (English and Arabic).
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and government compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to P2P (e.g., MM, FI, SRM).
• Proficiency in OCR tools and techniques for document digitization (e.g., Tesseract, ABBYY).
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in process automation.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to develop language-specific AI solutions.
