As a Senior Automation Manager, you will be responsible for analysing processes, designing automation solutions, and implementing them to improve operational efficiency and drive productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in automation tools and methodologies, combined with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess current processes, identifying opportunities for automation across various departments and workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using industry-leading tools (e.g., RPA, BPA, AI/ML, scripts, macros, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation goals, document requirements, and develop project plans.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and integrations across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HR systems, or custom business processes.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation tools and processes to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to teams on automation solutions and technologies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automation trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solutions and services.
- Create documentation and user guides for automation processes and tools.
- Monitor the performance and impact of automation tools and refine solutions based on feedback and performance data.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in automation projects, preferably in business process automation (BPA) or robotic process automation (RPA).
- Expertise in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or others.
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with AI/ML or data-driven automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant automation platforms or technologies.
- Experience in specific industry automation needs (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience with cloud services and platforms, ideally with extensive experience in Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High adaptability and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
