Technical Project Manager

Presight, a leading big data analytics company powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and listed on the ADX, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Technical Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead and manage the installation and integration of CCTV systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our values of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires an empathetic approach to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and to maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood and met.
• Utilize technical acumen for discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Collaborate with teams to develop project roadmaps and establish milestones for timely execution.
• Oversee all phases of CCTV project implementation from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with technical teams for seamless installation and integration of CCTV systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress while addressing concerns empathetically.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security systems.
• Act as the primary liaison with infrastructure vendors.
• Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to establish comprehensive project schedules.
• Establish and oversee support & maintenance frameworks for deployed smart city solutions.
• Drive standardization of tools and processes for project delivery, including action item tracking and issue management.
• Cultivate a supportive environment for team members, valuing their input and encouraging professional growth.
• Comply with QHSE policies, procedures, and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly in Analytics, Security, or Surveillance systems.
• Proven experience in project delivery, especially in Analytics and AI-driven projects.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and strategic foresight.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of collaboration across teams.
