Saudi Market IT Manager

We are currently looking for a Saudi Market IT Manager to join our team in Jeddah, focused on Business Unit-specific deliverables. At Procter & Gamble, our IT teams are the enablers of our business. Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Ensure that all local and regionally deployed programs/projects are delivered with the right field, following the best project management practices.
• Product Management: When a solution/product does not exist for your business needs, you will be at the forefront of developing it, whether through outside vendors providing Software as a Service or developing in-house if needed.
• Data & Analytics: Work with various data types and large datasets generated within the market, enabling business users with accurate and timely data to help reach business insights and actions very quickly.

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer / Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL).
• Proficiency in Python and common Data libraries.
• A basic understanding of Data Models (RDBMS, Delta tables).
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, with analytics and data visualization skills.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Good social skills, self-motivated, dynamic with a can-do mentality.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in demonstrating technology and data solutions to solve business problems in large enterprises.
