Position Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will drive the transformation of traditional data engineering approaches by leveraging Generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies. Your focus will be on designing and implementing smart data solutions to enhance automation and efficiency within our data processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our data strategies meet evolving business requirements while adhering to the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain advanced ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and Generative AI.
• Orchestrate complex data workflows with tools like Dagster and Airflow.
• Implement innovative data solutions utilizing techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with data science and business analytics teams to address data needs.
• Ensure consistent high-quality data flow and empower business users through effective data transformation tools.

Essential Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a data engineer.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing and data lake solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
• Strong background in ETL/ELT processes and managing data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS services (DMS, Glue, Athena, etc.).

Desired Experience:

• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock Agents and semantic search implementation.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Dagster and Airflow.
