Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI & Data Science team at Property Finder in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position will focus on developing and deploying advanced AI solutions utilizing Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and transformer-based models to enhance personalization, automation, and innovation across our platforms. Founded in 2005, Property Finder has evolved from a magazine (Al Bab World) into a leading technology platform across multiple countries in the MENA region. We provide advanced tools and superior user experiences for home seekers, real estate brokers, and developers, facilitating over 14 million monthly visits across our platforms. As one of the Middle East's emerging unicorns, we continue to grow and expand our operations in countries such as Bahrain, Egypt, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative models tailored to business needs.
• Implement use cases in personalization, content creation, and workflow automation using Generative AI.
• Optimize LLM performance for real-time and large-scale production environments.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve GenAI and LLM applications.
• Build and maintain scalable Machine Learning pipelines for efficient deployment of LLMs and generative models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and support business strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and data science roles, particularly with transformers and generative models.
• Proficiency in tools like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable deployments.
