Responsibilities:

Establish, build and maintain relationships with affiliates
Identify media partnership opportunities
Continually evaluate and test potential sources of high-quality traffic
Manage and oversee reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize marketing materials
Stay updated on industry trends

Required skills/experience:

Advanced understanding of affiliate marketing
Comprehension of attribution models
Deep understanding of KPIs
Experience with affiliate tracking SaaS
Ability to recruit, activate, and optimize key partners
Experience with paid media campaigns
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Creative problem-solving abilities

Beneficial experience:

3+ years of affiliate marketing experience
Dubai-based or willing to relocate to Dubai
Entrepreneurial and team player attitude
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
