  • Responsibilities:
    • Strategy Development: Craft and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns.
    • Market Research: Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on industry shifts.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and tech teams to drive growth initiatives and optimize user funnels.
    • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the growth budget to ensure ROI and efficient resource utilization.
    • Campaign Design & Execution: Ideate, develop, and execute innovative test campaigns to drive growth. Analyze results to refine and optimize future campaigns.
    • User Engagement: Design initiatives to boost user engagement and lifetime value.
    • Customer Insights: Leverage customer insights to tailor growth strategies that resonate with target demographics.
    • Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leading the adoption of new growth marketing tools and technologies.
    • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
    • Partner Management: Collaborate with external partners and agencies to supplement internal growth efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Required skills/experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
    • Proven track record of driving growth and scaling online businesses.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models and customer retention mechanisms.
    • Familiarity with international e-commerce markets, especially the North American region, to align global strategies with local tactics.
    • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards ambitious growth targets.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
