Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will be part of a team of problem solvers dedicated to resolving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding Digital Channels (Online and Mobile) and their integration with middleware layers (traditional SOA or Micro-Services).
- Having a comprehensive grasp of the banking landscape and alternative digital channel entries such as Chatbots.
- Leading junior consultants to deliver digital architecture and IT/digital strategy projects within the FS Tech team.
- Developing technical RFPs encompassing functional and technical requirements for defined initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for clients regarding digital architecture.
- Fostering strong relationships with client executive management.
- Supporting business development activities, including technical proposal development, budget preparation, and client presentations.
- Effectively managing ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Engaging in coaching conversations across all levels.
- Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to relevant details.
- Anticipating stakeholder needs and proactively discussing potential solutions.
- Contributing technical knowledge specific to your area of expertise.
- Promoting an environment where people and technology achieve more together.
- Navigating the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements.
- Leading open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Available for work visa sponsorship.
