Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will be part of a team of problem solvers dedicated to resolving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding Digital Channels (Online and Mobile) and their integration with middleware layers (traditional SOA or Micro-Services).
  • Having a comprehensive grasp of the banking landscape and alternative digital channel entries such as Chatbots.
  • Leading junior consultants to deliver digital architecture and IT/digital strategy projects within the FS Tech team.
  • Developing technical RFPs encompassing functional and technical requirements for defined initiatives.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for clients regarding digital architecture.
  • Fostering strong relationships with client executive management.
  • Supporting business development activities, including technical proposal development, budget preparation, and client presentations.
  • Effectively managing ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Engaging in coaching conversations across all levels.
  • Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to relevant details.
  • Anticipating stakeholder needs and proactively discussing potential solutions.
  • Contributing technical knowledge specific to your area of expertise.
  • Promoting an environment where people and technology achieve more together.
  • Navigating the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements.
  • Leading open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.
  • Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%.
  • Available for work visa sponsorship.
