PwC Middle East is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe AEM Technical Architect to join our team in Riyadh at the Manager/Senior Manager level. This role will be responsible for leading large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, defining technical architectures, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, content management systems (CMS), and enterprise digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Architect, design, and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for large-scale enterprise projects.
- Solution Architecture: Define and develop end-to-end digital architecture integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other enterprise systems.
- Client Engagement & Consulting: Work directly with key clients in industries such as government, financial services, real estate, and retail, driving digital transformation with Adobe solutions.
- Project Delivery & Execution: Oversee implementation teams, ensuring best practices in AEM development, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Adobe and other technology partners to enhance PwC’s Adobe capabilities and go-to-market strategies.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT & Digital Solutions, with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong experience in CMS architecture, content workflows, multi-site management, and AEM Cloud Service implementations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, drive business development, and close large-scale digital transformation deals.
- Experience working with Adobe Suite (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Forms).
- Hands-on expertise in Java, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and API integrations with Adobe products.
- Strong track record of leading complex AEM migration and implementation projects.
- Ability to work closely with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advisory on Adobe solutions.
- Experience managing offshore and onshore teams, delivering high-quality solutions in agile environments.
