Technical Lead

About Role You will lead IT application architecture and solution design for assigned business units. Activities may involve requirements gathering including non-functional requirements, solution design reviews, interface control design and reviews, tech architecture reviews, unit test reviews, test scenario generation support, NFR testing and software delivery related quality assurance compliances. Also plays a key role in identification and adoption of new technologies, tools and processes that will improve business automation and changing needs of the business units.

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for defining the system architecture and technical design of the assigned projects
• Contribute to and review documentation of Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Interface Specifications and Non-Functional Requirements.
• Work closely with Project Manager, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with project requirements and objectives.
• Design and build IT solutions which are scalable, resilient and sustainable to address business requirements.
• Assist to develop the UI / UX as per the business needs.
• Proficient in UML, Prepare / Review High Level and Low-Level Design artefacts, ensure adherence to QRIT Software Governance Integration (SGI) standards.
• Responsible for development and unit testing for complex modules in case of bespoke development.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code aligns with best standards and practices.
• Conduct QA reviews and unit test case reviews for assigned systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation via Azure DevOps
• Responsible for solution design, methods and tools, including the technical aspects of configuration management methods, system security requirements, operational and maintenance aspects of solutions.

Qualifications About You:

• Bachelor degree with Minimum 4+ years of job-related experience.
• Hands on experience on the technologies like .Net Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, ASP .NET, WPF and Angular.
• Expertise with Oracle/Postgres Sql Database and PL/SQL development
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Quality Assurance processes.
• Expertise in area(s) architecture domain such as data, infrastructure, application, business, and/or Software development.
• Experience in system integrations will be an advantage.
• Candidate with working knowledge on full project lifecycle with mobile application frameworks such as Flutter or Ionic will be an added advantage and preferred.
• Ability to conduct research and adopt emerging technologies and software development tools.
• Must have good analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
• Effective communication skills and should be able to clearly articulate ideas / proposal
• Working experience on F&B, Hospitality or Catering related systems or processes shall be an added advantage.
